Outbaksho provides AI-powered tools for generating, editing, optimizing, and exporting 3D assets, along with developer APIs, documentation, and related platform features.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or Services at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Use the Services to distribute malware, harmful code, or malicious content.
• Misuse APIs or attempt to bypass usage limits.

You may submit text prompts, images, reference files, and other materials (“Input”) through the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your Input.
• Your Input does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• You retain ownership of your Input, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Services.

Our Services may generate 3D models or other content based on your Input (“Output”). Due to the nature of AI systems:

• Output may not always be unique.
• Results may vary based on prompts and inputs.
• You are responsible for reviewing Output before using it in commercial, legal, engineering, or other critical applications.

The Outbaksho platform, website, software, branding, logos, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Outbaksho and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership of our intellectual property.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees and taxes.
• Provide valid payment information.
• Comply with the payment terms presented during checkout.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

If you use our APIs:

• You must keep your API credentials secure.
• You may not share API keys in an unauthorized manner.
• API usage may be subject to rate limits, quotas, and fair usage policies.
• We may suspend API access if misuse or security concerns are identified.

We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.
• Continued access poses security or operational risks.

You may stop using the Services or close your account at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outbaksho, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Input, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
